Privacy notice

This notice explains what Storicracy does with the details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you ask for a free resource, send an enquiry, join the kits waiting list or nominate someone for the Inheritance book, we collect your name, your email address, the type of person or organisation you are, which resource you asked for, and anything you choose to write in a message. We also record which page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which resource or post brought you here. We record whether you ticked the optional box for occasional updates.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you the resources you asked for, to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. If you joined the kits waiting list, we use your email only to tell you when the kits are ready. If you ticked the optional box, we may also send you occasional updates from Storicracy. If you nominate someone for the Inheritance book, we keep their name, their work and place, your reason and any contact detail you give us, and use them only to consider the nomination. We do not sell your details.

Who can see it

Your details are stored on this website and can be seen by the Storicracy team members who deal with enquiries. Emails are sent through our website host.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the reason you gave them to us.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent for updates, at any time. Write to story@storicracy.com and we will act on your request.
